Pool and Lanai
The lanai is situated immediately outside the patio doors
leading from the great room. For people unfamiliar with this term, this is an
area outside that is under cover.
The lanai has a ceiling fan and light to
ensure maximum comfort. There is a large rectangular table with padded chairs
for outside dining.
The pool and
lanai area has been extended to offer an impressive 1080 sq ft and has padded
loungers so you can enjoy the Florida sun after an action packed day at the
parks.
This property is built on a substantial lot, which because of its corner
aspect allows a greater degree of privacy from neighbouring villas when
enjoying the 27' by 11' swimming pool. (depths ranging from 3' to
5'6").
For peace of mind and for the protection of small children in
your party, safety fencing is installed around
the pool. If you are travelling without children this can be easily
removed. This is the latest recommended safety precaution and is being fitted
on many new Villas.
